We all have dreams and goals. We do our best to stretch our faith and believe that one day, if we work hard enough, get the right breaks or meet the right people, we’ll see that dream come to pass. In our mind, that would be big. A great accomplishment. But, what’s big to us is not big to God. He created the universe. He spoke worlds into existence. God’s dream for your life is so much bigger than your own. See, we think ordinary; God thinks extraordinary!
Today, whatever you’re dreaming about, whatever you’re believing for, know that God’s dream for your life is far greater. He wants to supersize it. He’s an overflow God. Ephesians says, “God can do exceedingly, abundantly above and beyond what we think.” Why don’t you take the limits off of God? You may not see a way, but God has a way. One touch of God’s favor can take you further than you could go on your own in a lifetime. Be open to God’s dream for your life and embrace the fullness of the blessing He has in store for you!

We are pushing and making progress. Ladies, strength training is necessary. Your weight doesn’t not have to be heavy starting out and you will not bulk up but it does help burn fat and you will see your arms look tone with definition depending on how heavy you wanna go.
Incline Dumbbell Flys 3x15 5lbs
Grasp two dumbbells. Lie supine on bench. Support dumbbells above upper chest with arms fixed in slightly bent position. Bend elbows slightly and internally rotate shoulders so elbows point out to sides.
Lower dumbbells outward to sides of shoulders. Keep elbows fixed in slightly bent position. When a stretch is felt in chest or shoulders, bring dumbbells back together in hugging motion above upper chest until dumbbells are nearly together. Repeat.
Tricep pull downs not seen

Barbell Curls 30lbs 3x15 superset with 15 hanging leg raises
Ball Exchange Ab Exercise 4x15:
1.Begin by lying on your back with the legs straight up.
2.Hold the ball in both hands with the arms extended above you.
3. Put the ball between the feet, squeezing them to keep the ball in place, and lower both the arms and legs down towards the floor. 4. Only lower down as far as you can without arching or straining the back.
5.Bring them back up and take the ball in your hands.
6. Lower the arms and legs down towards the floor again and continue, exchanging the ball between the hands and feet.
7. Avoid arching the back at the bottom of the movement. If you have trouble with that, place a rolled up towel under the hips, bend the knees and/or or only lower the arms and legs a few inches instead of all the way down.
